Céline Hasperslagh 

Céline comes from the family behind Ardo, one of the global leaders in frozen vegetables, fruits and herbs. The current Ardo group was created in 2014 after the merger of Dujardin Foods and Ardo, which were started respectively by two brothers, Edouard and Richard, who decided to each follow their own path. To bond the two family branches, who were former competitors, and to start the generational transition, Céline started a family council with 4 other family members from the different generations. Thanks to organised teambuildings and more formal meetings, the whole family has passed from needing name tags to writing a new family charter together.

In the daytime, Céline is running a wine estate in South-Africa with her husband and is the mother of 3 young children.
