A lot of time and effort goes into writing family charters, defining governance bodies and putting into stone each role’s main responsibilities. But how do you transition smoothly from what you have agreed on paper to finding a way of collaborating in real life? The switch from theory to reality while working across generations is often a real roller coaster.  

In this session, participants will gain insights into the case study of Ardo, a Belgian company currently transitioning from second to third generation, while simultaneously merging two families that were former competitors.
