Maryna Ievtushenko

Maryna Ievtushenko was born in 1983 in Kyiv, Ukraine. She started to dance at the age of 12 and became a national champion and World Championship’s finalist in ballroom dancing, graduating from Choreography faculty in 2005.

Being a youngest in a family of doctors, she also graduated with distinction from National Medical university in 2007.  

Afterwards she joined the set up of family business - 450 sq.m dental clinic with a facially- maxillar surgery.

In a next years she completed Economics program in Kyiv University of Trade and Economics. And became the CEO of a Familia Dental Clinic.

In a few years Marina with her mother opened a dental clinic for children and realized her dream to create a friendly environment for adults with dentaphobia creating DentalSPA- clinic of prophylaxis and esthetic dentistry, which doesn’t have an atmosphere of a dental clinic. So the network of Familia Clinic was created.

Beside this she completed an MBA at Henley Business School, UK. Her final work theme based on a research of Ukrainian family businesses was

“Introducing an external CEO in a family companies”.

In 2022 she joined Fl4UA- non for profit organization, helping Ukrainians during the war and is in charge of a healthcare humanitarian help.

She has been part of FBN Ukraine since 2010 and currently is an only lady in the FBN Ukraine NextGen board.
